		<description>I also use scratchback on my blog and like how it is a go with the flow link widget. Too bad it is in java script and not picked up as actual links pointing to your own blog. I found that to begin with I filled it with link pointing either to my other sites or friends blogs so there were not open spots. After I did that people started purchasing more of the links and since then I have raised the price by a dollar after every so many link purchases. By link purchases I mean tips to my blog ;).</description>

I find that even building up to the first impression say setting up the meeting over the phone it is even a great idea to smile while talking. The shape of your mouth has a huge impact on how you are perceived on the other end of the line.</description>
